SigenergySolar, battery and EV charging in one system
Your roof powers the house by day and fills the battery with what's left. At night the house runs on the battery. In a power cut it switches to backup at once, and you can charge your car from the sun. One app runs it all.
5-in-1Inverter, battery, battery converter, energy management and EV charger in one stack
0 ms*Switches to backup in a power cut; nothing in the house goes off
IP66Dust and water proof, fine outdoors
10,000 cycles*LFP lithium battery, 100% usable
* 0 ms: needs Sigen Gateway and a battery (built into Neo), and the house load must stay within the unit's rating · 10,000 cycles: cell maker's figure, tested at 25 °C down to 60% capacity
What Sigenergy is
Energy storage that uses AI to run your home's power
Sigenergy is a Shanghai maker of solar and battery systems for homes and businesses. What sets it apart: the inverter, battery and EV charger stack into one unit, and the app decides when to store power and when to use it.
Start small and grow: 1 to 6 batteries per stack
Installs as one stack: fewer cables, a tidy wall
See every flow of power in the mySigen app and let AI plan your energy
TAMNIYOM sells, designs and installs every Sigenergy model on this page, from Wang Noi (Ayutthaya) and Khon Kaen, and co-hosts Sigenergy installer training.

EV charging
DC car charging from the sun, at home
The SigenStor EVDC module stacks into SigenStor: 12.5 kW, upgradable to 25 kW with a licence.
Typical 7 kW AC chargerOne hour of charging, about 40 km
SigenStor EVDC 25 kWOne hour of charging, about 130 km
Charge on 100% spare solar, or boost from the battery
Use the car as a home battery (V2H) if the car supports it
CCS2 plug, 7.5 or 10 m cable · IP66
Maker's example: a 75 kWh car from 10% to 90% in about 2.5 hours (25 kW)
Range figures are examples from Sigenergy's Thai brochure and depend on the car · Sending power from the car back to the grid (V2G) depends on the car and the utility's rules · EVDC works with SigenStor (not Neo or Hybrid)

Battery: at least 60% usable capacity within 10 years, or until it has delivered a set amount of energy (e.g. BAT 6.0 17.05 MWh, BAT 10.0 25.58 MWh), whichever comes first
The system must stay online; offline for more than a year in total cuts cover to 5 years on the inverter and 3 on the battery
A further 5 years can be bought (15 years at most) within 12 months of installation

How is Sigenergy different from an ordinary hybrid inverter?
SigenStor puts everything into one stack, with one app.
Ordinary systems often have the inverter, battery and car charger from different brands in separate boxes.
A SigenStor stack holds:
The inverter
The battery converter and battery
Energy management, with AI to plan when to store and use power
An optional DC EV charger
SigenStor or SigenStor Neo?
It depends on whether you want EV charging or are adding a first battery.
SigenStor: for DC EV charging in the same stack, or for larger systems up to 25 kW (three phase)
Neo: backup switch built in, so no separate Gateway; works with a generator; can add a battery to an existing on-grid system. A good fit for a first battery.
Does the house go dark in a power cut?
No, with Sigen Gateway and a battery (or Neo, which has it built in).
The system switches to battery power in 0 ms and nothing goes off, as long as the load is within the unit's rating.
You can back up the whole house or only key circuits.
How long does the battery last, and is it safe?
It is lithium iron phosphate (LFP).
Life:
The cell maker states 10,000 cycles (tested at 25 °C down to 60% capacity)
The warranty keeps at least 60% usable capacity for 10 years
Safety: every battery has 5 layers of protection, including built-in fire suppression and a pressure relief valve, and is IP66.
Can I add batteries later, or mix sizes?
Yes, both.
SigenStor takes 1–6 batteries per stack (6–54 kWh)
BAT 6.0 and 10.0 can be mixed
Each battery has its own converter, so old and new work together
Sigen Hybrid can add batteries later through SigenStor BC
How fast does it charge a car, and can the car power the house?
The SigenStor EVDC module charges DC at 12.5 kW, upgradable to 25 kW with a licence.
The maker's example: one hour at 25 kW gives about 130 km of range.
Powering the house from the car (V2H) works if the car supports it.
EVDC works with SigenStor only.
I already have on-grid solar. Can I add a Sigenergy battery?
Yes. SigenStor Neo connects to an existing on-grid system on the AC side, so the old inverter stays.
Our team checks your system and supply before proposing a set.
What is the warranty, and are there conditions?
Per Sigenergy's Southeast Asia warranty:
Controllers, batteries and Hybrid: 10 years
SigenMicro: 15 years
EVDC, Gateway and meters: 2 years
Condition: the system must stay online. Offline for more than a year in total cuts cover to 5 years on the inverter and 3 on the battery.
Five more years can be bought.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the system, size, number of batteries and the installation, so this page shows no prices.
